Translated Spanish versions of the organization's intake forms. Specifics such as the number of forms, file formats, and any localization needs will be provided during volunteer interviews so the volunteer and staff can agree on final scope.

Providing Spanish intake forms will reduce language barriers for Spanish-speaking community members, increase access to our services, and help staff deliver culturally appropriate support that advances our mission at Tracy Community Connections Center.

We will clarify scope and preferred terminology, be responsive to questions, and review draft translations so they can be finalized and implemented into our intake workflow.
