Work with our team to review the Google Drive collection of job descriptions and HR documents and current practices, consolidate materials, and produce clear, standardized SOPs and reusable templates for recruitment, onboarding, and training. Identify gaps and hand off documentation for staff use. Details will be provided.

Standardized HR processes will strengthen our ability to recruit, onboard, and train staff consistently, improving service quality and cultural responsiveness for refugee students and families. This capacity-building supports stigma reduction and more reliable delivery of tailored mental health supports.

We will provide access to the Google Drive documents and share current-practice notes. Volunteers will interview staff as needed to clarify variations. Our team will review and iterate on recommendations and adopt agreed SOPs and templates. Details and timelines will be discussed during volunteer interviews.
