We are seeking a social media expert to help us amplify our trauma-informed mission and reach more clients and supporters. We need a volunteer to help us transition from ad-hoc posting to a cohesive digital strategy.

The volunteer will collaborate with our team to deliver:
- A social media content strategy, including a defined 'voice' and posting cadence for our primary platforms (Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn).
- A 4-week content calendar featuring scheduled posts, captions, and suggested high-quality hashtags.
- Visual templates (e.g., in Canva) that our staff can use to maintain the brand aesthetic after the project concludes.
- A brief engagement guide on how to best respond to our community in a trauma-informed manner.

Stronger social media will raise awareness of our services, share compassionate client stories, attract supporters and volunteers, and help people seeking help feel seen and connected. Volunteer work will directly support outreach and our trauma-informed mission for fresh starts.

We will work collaboratively with the volunteer, hold regular check-ins, and provide timely feedback. Specifics like target platforms, access, and brand guidelines will be shared during onboarding so the volunteer can hit the ground running.
