My goal for this Taproot Project is to develop a clear and scalable marketing strategy for NexoAfrica, a global platform connecting African and diaspora professionals to opportunities across finance, technology, health, and policy.

We are seeking support in building a cohesive marketing framework that will strengthen our brand positioning, increase visibility, and drive engagement across our key audiences.

Specifically, we are looking for guidance on:

Defining our core messaging and value proposition across different audiences (partners, professionals, institutions)
Creating a consistent brand voice and storytelling approach
Identifying growth channels to expand our reach within the diaspora and globally
Establishing a marketing roadmap aligned with upcoming programs and partnerships

This project will help position NexoAfrica as a leading platform in its space while ensuring our messaging clearly reflects the scale and impact of what we are building.
Through working with our organization on this project, the volunteer will support our mission by helping us expand access to opportunity through stronger visibility, storytelling, and engagement.

NexoAfrica exists to bridge the gap between talent and access. A well-defined marketing strategy will allow us to:

Reach more professionals across the African diaspora
Attract strategic partners and institutional collaborators
Increase participation in our programs and initiatives
Strengthen our credibility as a global platform

Ultimately, this project will amplify our ability to connect talent to careers, capital, mentorship, and global institutions—scaling both our reach and our impact.
My team and I have prepared for this project by building a strong foundation of content, programming, and partnerships that can be leveraged within a broader marketing strategy.

We have:

Developed a comprehensive organizational deck outlining our mission, ecosystem, and programming
Established early partnerships with institutions, universities, and global networks
Hosted events and programming that can be used as content and case studies
Begun building a digital presence across key platforms

To support the volunteer, we will provide:

Access to all brand materials, decks, and existing content
Clear goals and priority areas for marketing support
Consistent communication and weekly check-ins
Quick feedback cycles to ensure efficient progress

Our team is fully committed to implementing the recommended strategy and integrating it into our ongoing operations and outreach efforts.
