A practical capitalization plan that identifies and prioritizes diversified revenue sources, provides a phased implementation roadmap, and offers recommended next steps and tools. Specific program budgets, funding history, and other details will be provided during volunteer interviews.

A sustainable capitalization plan will help ECDC reduce reliance on unstable grants and secure steady funding to sustain resettlement programs in Brattleboro. Volunteers will directly support refugees and immigrants to attain self-sufficiency, dignity, and stronger integration with the local community.

We will collaborate with the volunteer through regular check-ins, share organizational background and our grant funding history, and review drafts together. Details will be provided during the interview so recommendations can be tailored to our capacity and context.
