We are looking for a volunteer who is skilled in QuickBooks and establishing financial management systems to support our nonprofit through this pro bono project. During this project, the volunteer will migrate records from spreadsheets and bank statements into QuickBooks, set up basic bookkeeping entries and a simple chart of accounts, and produce clear SOPs for routine bookkeeping and month-end tasks.

Reliable bookkeeping and clear SOPs will strengthen financial transparency and free staff time to focus on direct mental health support for refugee students and families. Volunteer contributions will build organizational capacity to sustain and expand services that reduce stigma and support transitions.

We will provide current spreadsheets and bank statements and involve an existing volunteer for hands-on training while recruiting a new volunteer for ongoing work. Staff will be available for regular check-ins and will implement the SOPs developed with the volunteer.
