We would like to work with a volunteer to configure our Salesforce instance to track donor opportunities and donation activity, build useful reports and dashboards for campaigns and donors, and design simple donor-nurture workflows. The volunteer will also provide hands-on coaching and best-practice recommendations.

Better Salesforce tracking and nurture processes will strengthen donor stewardship and campaign effectiveness, helping our organization secure sustained support for programs that promote global understanding across the barriers that separate people.

We will collaborate with the volunteer to define priority reports and dashboards, share campaign and donor context, and review configurations together so our team can implement and maintain the changes.
