We are seeking a volunteer Grant Writer to help us secure $25,000 for a pop-up children’s museum exhibit scheduled for August. The volunteer will help us research and prioritize a list of potential grant opportunities and develop a 'grant toolkit'—including a master proposal, case for support, and budget narratives—that can be adapted for multiple applications.

Specific tasks include:
- Reviewing our event budget and organizational background materials.
- Drafting or editing 2-3 grant proposals or letters of inquiry (LOIs).
- Refining messaging to highlight our focus on environmental stewardship.
Funding this pop-up exhibit will demonstrate our museum's approach, grow community support, and build momentum toward a permanent children's museum that inspires environmental stewardship. Volunteer contributions will directly enable outreach, donor engagement, and tangible steps toward our mission.
Our team will review drafts, provide timely feedback, and use the finished proposals to apply for funding. Volunteers will collaborate with staff to align messaging and next steps.
