Help engage wider audiences in sport! This volunteer will craft a marketing campaign concept and outreach plan that leverages the NHL's 'Hockey Is For Everyone' idea to attract young hockey players of color. Includes core messaging, channel recommendations and sample asset ideas. Specific target audiences, assets, and timeline will be provided during volunteer conversations.

This campaign will raise awareness among young players of color, reaffirm their identity, and help expand peer networks by bringing more youth into programs. Volunteers will directly support more inclusive visibility and recruitment that advances our mission.

We will share our mission context and program goals and provide any existing materials; specific audience details and approvals will be provided during volunteer interviews. Our team will collaborate regularly with volunteers, give timely feedback, and implement the agreed campaign elements into outreach.
