Create two visually appealing impact reports covering 2023–2024 and 2024–2025 and a simple reusable template. Deliver designed report files and a concise list of recommended metrics/criteria to track for future reports. We have limited data for these periods ready to share with the design volunteer.

Professional impact reports will show how the organization builds resilient, confident hockey players of color, strengthen storytelling for supporters, and inform program improvements. Volunteers’ contributions will increase visibility, help secure support, and improve future outcome tracking.

We will provide the available data and any brand or style guidance; details will be provided during volunteer interviews. Staff will review drafts, give timely feedback, and commit to implementing the recommended tracking approach. Volunteers will collaborate with a named contact.
