Create a structured financial literacy curriculum tailored to justice-involved individuals and their families, including lesson plans, slide decks, a facilitator guide, and assessments to measure effectiveness. Volunteer should hold a recognized financial literacy trainer certification.
This curriculum will equip justice-impacted individuals and their families with practical financial skills—budgeting, credit management, and planning—that support housing stability, workforce readiness, and long-term dignity. Volunteers will directly help transform adversity into opportunity through education and wraparound support.
We will collaborate with the volunteer to define learning objectives and participant context, share any existing materials, and provide timely feedback to finalize and pilot the curriculum. The volunteer's certification and experience with similar audiences will help ensure relevance and usability.

Organization Mission

Bros Foundation exists to strengthen communities by transforming adversity into opportunity. We support justice-impacted, at-risk, and systemically disenfranchised individuals and their families through prevention-focused, accountability-based programs that promote housing stability, financial literacy, workforce access, and meaningful community connection. Through wraparound support and early intervention, we help individuals build stability, restore dignity, and create lasting change for themselves and their families.
