We're looking for someone to evaluate and advise us on our CRM needs. Our team will share a detailed description of our existing systems and the tools we use for email, file sharing, program management, web hosting, web design, and customer relationship management (CRM). After assessing our basic needs, you'll make high-level recommendations to our team about ways to improve some of our basic processes and identify a CRM tool that we can grow into as we mature. You'll need to keep our team and budget size in mind when considering tech solutions.
A reliable CRM will help The Academy Project keep consistent contact with youth, families, volunteers, and partners, improving outreach for The Co-Op, Camp Xavier, and other programs. Volunteers’ work will strengthen communication and coordination that supports foster and homeless youth in Los Angeles.
We will provide a breakdown of our needs and our current set up inclduing: current contact exports from Excel, Google Sheets, and Mailchimp. We are available to odefine goals with the volunteer team. A designated coordinator will collaborate during the project, and volunteers will help finalize scope and next steps during the kickoff.
