Set up Google Ad Grant campaigns with keyword research and configurations to meet 5% CTR compliance. Saptarang Cultural Society is seeking a skilled Google Ads volunteer to help us make the most of our Google Ad Grants account, provided to eligible nonprofits like ours in Google Search advertising.

We are looking for support to set up and optimize our Google Ads account, including campaign structure, keyword research, ad creation, conversion tracking, and compliance with Google Ad Grants requirements. We would also appreciate guidance on developing campaigns that increase awareness of our cultural programs, attract volunteers, promote community events, and encourage donations.

An important part of this project is knowledge transfer. We would like the volunteer to provide recommendations, documentation, and basic training so our team can confidently manage and optimize the account after the engagement ends.

This project will help us reach more people across British Columbia, increase participation in our arts and cultural initiatives, strengthen volunteer recruitment, and support the long-term sustainability of our nonprofit.
This work will raise local awareness of Northeast Indian culture, grow long-term followers, and increase attendance at our events. A successful campaign will help generate critical funding for year-round youth leadership and community support, advancing our mission to promote and preserve the region’s heritage in Canada.

Every improvement you make will extend the reach of our nonprofit—bringing more participants to community festivals, heritage initiatives, youth programs, and cultural celebrations while strengthening our ability to attract volunteers and donors. Beyond setting up campaigns, you'll also equip our team with the knowledge and tools to sustain these efforts long after the project is complete.
We have secured the $10,000/month Google Ad Grant, have a library of cultural assets, and events throughout the year. We will be responsive collaborators, provide access to assets and site links as needed, and commit to implementing agreed recommendations. Specifics will be provided during interviews with volunteers.
