We want to create a monthly newsletter type of email template. We’re seeking a volunteer to help create a modern email template or update a very old one we have, that will capture a reader’s attention and get them to click on our program links and calls to action, and/or remember our name.

Our organization uses MailChimp email service provider. This template design may include the following:
-Header image and/or Logo
-Definition of standard font type, size, and color
-Call to action button design
-Sections in template for program slides (currently designed in Canva) and easy updates on a monthly basis
-Footer design, complete with links to our social media channels, unsubscribe method, address, etc.
-Instructions on how to use the template effectively

An updated email template will strengthen our outreach efforts, professionalize our outreach to both clients and professionals and increase awareness and trust of our nonprofit and work.
This project would help us as a first step to organizing our outreach in a proper way, as part of an overall marketing strategy. We believe fresh eyes and perspective will give us a modern and cohesive look to our email campaigns, and help the community and clients feel they can trust our consistency and programs.
We have a dedicated team member who will provide you with examples of emails we’ve sent previously, as well as our logo, colors, and brand guidelines.

Organization Mission

Helping individuals navigate and overcome the challenges of separation and divorce by providing access to legal and financial education, support networks, and resources. We triage over 4,000 people a year and serve directly 2,300 per year through virtual education and support based programs and services. We are a small but mighty nonprofit! We help people during what is often the worst day, month or year/s of their lives. We give them hope, skills, build their resiliency to cope, empower them to take ownership in their separation or divorce process. We serve all people regardless of gender identity or demographics.
