Build a WordPress site using Elementor (or a similar page builder) based on the provided hosting, style guide, written content, site structure, and photos. Create page templates and assemble pages to reflect the supplied design assets. Text is already written for the majority of page counts, so project will emphasize design and imagery using provided brand guidelines.

Specifically, our outcomes include:

~12 web pages (pre-determined with text prepared)
~ Placement within those pages for the following forms (forms will be pre-made for you as Hubspot integrations)
~ Strong visual design based on a provided style guide

(a) Donation form
(b) Contact form
(c) E-mail list sign up
(d) Staff Application form(s)
(e) Plan your trip forms
We are conducting a rebrand, and hope to build a website that better serves our partners, our volunteers, and our donors.

Our goal is to evolve our website as one of the primary tools for messaging to the public, and incorporate a variety of tools that will make it much easier to engage with our services - signing up volunteers, donating to support, planning trips, and getting trip information. We expect more traffic than usual after our launch of the new brand in the Summer of 2026.
Hosting, a style guide, written content, site structure, and photos are already available. Staff will be available for regular check-ins and to review progress. Volunteers can clarify remaining details during interviews so the build can proceed smoothly.

Our team is made of former web designers with HTML and CSS experience, so long-term maintenance is not required - we simply are hoping for a little more capacity for the build.

The website is currently on hosting.com, with Wordpress already installed. Text for the website will also be provided.

The Bus for Outdoor Access & Teaching, or “BOAT,” strives to empower impact organizations to get more people outside.
