Volunteer Platform Upgrades (Wix)

We are looking for a web development volunteer to implement discreet updates to our online volunteering platform.

During this project, a volunteer will implement automated emails for approval, claiming, and completion of volunteer engagements. We also want to enable volunteers to claim, comment, complete, release, and request staff help. There are other fixes we have in mind, such as providing an admin search/filter view with basic timing analytics, improving the needs board UX, adding a 'How It Works' and testimonials section, and optionally a calendar.

-Web messaging
-Mobile development

This work will reduce manual coordination, empower volunteers to take initiative, and increase visibility into needs and outcomes. A clear self-service workflow and basic analytics will help Faith Forward connect helpers with people in need and scale pathways from willingness to action.

We will provide site access and a project owner to coordinate with volunteer(s). Volunteers can interview staff to finalize requirements, test changes on the Wix site, and iterate with feedback.
