We'd like to work with a volunteer to develop a business plan for a Customer Service Hub social enterprise that leverages our relationships with Spectrum and the Cleveland Clinic and uses a dedicated on-site room. The plan should describe the operating model, staffing approach, basic financial projections, risks and mitigations, and recommended next steps. Specific partner details and numbers will be provided during the project.

This project will create on-site employment for pregnant women and mothers with children under five, removing transportation barriers by providing work in the building. That income and work experience will support The Haven Home’s mission of empowering sustainable independence through shelter, basic needs, and community connections.

We already have partner interest from Spectrum and the Cleveland Clinic and a dedicated room in our building; details will be provided. During the engagement we will share partner contacts, facility information, and program goals. Our team will review drafts and collaborate with the volunteer to move recommendations toward implementation.
