We are looking for a voluntere who can lead a documented, repeatable equity review process for salaries across staff locations, including a step-by-step workflow, required data inputs, roles and decision points, and a review checklist or template. Details about country-specific scales will be provided during volunteer interviews.

A clear equity review will help Global Nomads Group ensure fair pay across staff in eight countries, strengthen staff trust and retention, and enable the organization to better support and sustain programs that unite and empower global youth.

Our compensation policy and historical approach are fully documented and will be shared with volunteers. HR leadership is prepared to collaborate, provide context, and review drafts. Volunteers will work with HR leadership to refine and deliver a practical, implementable process.
