Help us more successfully engage community members! This project will result in a clear stakeholder map and prioritized list. We are also looking for the volunteer to deliver plus a practical engagement plan with suggested outreach approaches, basic success indicators, and next steps.

Stronger stakeholder mapping and engagement will help the organization connect with partners, families, and funders to better support inclusive, holistic development for children under 18. Volunteers will directly enable improved partnerships and outreach that benefit children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and spiritual growth.

We will collaborate with the volunteer to finalize scope, share organizational context, review drafts, and agree on implementable recommendations so the work can be used by staff after completion.
