We are searching for a volunteer skilled in HR management and internal comms as we seek to formalize basic HR documentation. My goals for the project are the following:
1. Finalize our Volunteer Manual
2. Finalize an employee manual
3. Create Job Descriptions for: Exec. Director, Chief Tech Officer. Chief Community Engagement Officer, Supply Chain manager, Chief People Engagement Officer, Director of Marketing and Driver Supervisor.
By helping us create these HR related documents, we are hoping they will provide better overall understanding of the roles of team members, help to further develop and add responsibilities not clearly communicated in hopes that by the end of the project we are stronger internal and external facing communicators, have a shared understanding of roles and responsibilities of each team member and can more easily develop success indicators and set goals of position and organization with clarity around what each of us is responsible for.
We have created most of said documents in some type of framework, but need help with refinement, structure and project completion.
