Content Marketer
CCT has strong inputs — insights from our consulting work, volunteer experiences, and nonprofit partnerships — but we need help translating those into a structured, consistent content approach across channels.
SCOPE OF WORK
1. Content Framework Development
Develop a practical, usable framework that defines:
Core content themes aligned to CCT’s work (e.g., consulting, community, thought leadership)
Key content types and formats (e.g., insights, project highlights, volunteer stories)
Guidance on how to adapt content across channels (LinkedIn, email, web)
A simple approach to maintaining a forward-looking content calendar
2. Knowledge Base → Content Opportunities
Review and synthesize CCT’s existing materials and insights to:
Identify high-value themes and narratives
Surface opportunities for mid- and long-form content (e.g., articles, reports, case studies)
Recommend content that can support awareness and acquisition efforts (e.g., volunteer recruitment, nonprofit partnerships, fundraising)
3. Content Process Recommendations
Provide guidance on:
How to turn internal inputs (notes, project work, insights) into content
Simple workflows to support ongoing content creation
Basic recommendations for consistency and quality over time
Your work won’t sit on a shelf. It will directly support how we engage and grow a community that reaches hundreds of nonprofits and thousands of individuals through our projects, volunteers, and partnerships.
You’ll help translate real, on-the-ground insights into content that drives awareness, engagement, and acquisition — with visibility across our channels and into the broader nonprofit ecosystem.
That's gotta feel good!
We’ll make sure you have what you need to move quickly and focus on the work.
Clear starting point: Background on CCT, our audiences, and existing materials
Defined scope: Early alignment on priorities and what “good” looks like
Access to inputs: Insights from projects, volunteers, and past content
Regular check-ins: Time to review progress and unblock questions
Fast feedback: Practical input so you can iterate quickly
Decision support: Help prioritizing and making calls when needed
NOTE: This is work being run by a Board Member and Head of the Marketing Committee, so lower friction than in a matrixed org!
