Create a Communications Strategy Checklist

Our nonprofit needs support crafting a templated communications plan for our fee-based Healthy Workplaces Program (HWP). We hope to use this framework for current and future program initiatives, business development, annual event, or partnerships.

We need your expertise to communicate big moments for our HWP program clearly, concisely, and consistently. We are looking for a skilled communications professional to:
-Create a checklist to guide our HWP program team through the who, what, when, and how of sharing program updates, insights, awards and certifications we offer, event updates.
-This checklist should pull in all the various channels that our nonprofit should use to reach clients, or partners, so we have a standardized plan for outreach
-The communications plan should take into account our current marketing tools and staff availability
-The communications plan should also be able to guide the existing team on better promotional strategies, branding and marketing of the HWP program.

This project should take from 40-45 hours to complete. We're hopeful that our volunteer partner will share 4-5 hours of their time per week.

We expect that the results of this support will go on to scale this much needed work effectively, reaching more companies and getting them excited into becoming healthy workplaces.

To prepare for the creation of this communications checklist, we have taken stock of existing email, PR, or social media tactics that have worked well for our team in the past. The existing communications and program implementation team will be available to the volunteer for support, and roll out of the plan.

We will implement the results of this project in the following 3 months of the project completion.

The Arogya HWP program currently serves 300+ Indian companies promote health and healthy practices to their respective workforces, impacting millions of people. We expect that the results of this support will go on to scale this much needed work effectively, reaching more companies and getting them excited into becoming healthy workplaces.
