A documented onboarding framework and process that defines the step-by-step workflow, key responsibilities, and reusable templates or checklists to guide new people through orientation. Specific scope and materials will be provided and refined with the volunteer during interviews.

This onboarding framework will help My Serenity Sanctuary deliver a consistent, welcoming, and supportive experience for those who join the organization, strengthening programs that support the mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health of Black women and girls and helping the community grow sustainably.

Details will be provided. The organization will work closely with the volunteer, share existing materials when available, designate a primary contact for timely feedback, and commit to reviewing and implementing the agreed-upon framework so it can be used in practice.
