Lend your HR management skills to our cause! During this project, you'll create an editable, up-to-date organizational chart that maps current roles and reporting lines. You'll work with our team to gather role details and deliver a final editable file. Specific names and reporting details will be provided during the project.

A clear organizational chart will strengthen internal clarity and coordination so our team can better deliver programs and supportive services. Volunteers will help us communicate structure to staff, members, and partners, directly supporting our mission to empower Black women and girls.

We will provide current role lists and any existing diagrams so the volunteer can start. Our team will be available to answer questions, review drafts, and approve the final chart.
