Design a reusable newsletter template and visual layout for the organization. The volunteer will collaborate with staff to define style, sample section layouts, and recommended assets or formats. Specifics such as frequency, platform, and brand materials will be provided during interviews.

A polished, consistent newsletter will help My Serenity Sanctuary share self-care resources, program updates, and community opportunities with Black women and girls. Volunteers will directly increase our capacity to engage members, strengthen trust, and expand access to wellness information.

During the engagement we'll share context, discuss audience and goals, review draft designs, and give timely feedback. Volunteers will work collaboratively with staff to iterate until a usable template and style guidance are finalized.
