A cleaned and updated Excel Grant Lead Tracker with standardized fields, working drop-down menus for key columns, segmented views or filters, and corrected formulas. Specific columns, segmentation rules, and sample data will be provided and refined with the volunteer during interviews.

A reliable Grant Lead Tracker will help My Serenity Sanctuary identify and pursue funding opportunities more efficiently, supporting programs and services that expand self-care and wellness access for Black women and girls. Volunteers will directly strengthen our ability to sustain and grow community offerings.

Details will be provided during volunteer interviews, including access to the current tracker and clarification of required segments and validation rules. The volunteer will work collaboratively with our team to test changes and finalize the spreadsheet for immediate use.
