We're looking for a volunteer to help us save time and be more strategic with our social media presence. Specifically, you'll create a template for a one-month social posting calendar that we can leverage to make managing our multiple social media channels easy and help us figure out how to use YouTube and TikTok. We are currently not really using YouTube or TikTok. We need help figuring out how to start using them to reach the people we serve!

You'll draft copy for 15-20 posts and make recommendations to customize our content to optimize it for different platforms. We will seek your input on using tools to automate our social media postings. The final deliverable will be the calendar template you create filled with 15-20 different posts and a plan for how to be strategic moving forward with our limited resources.

You're a great fit for us if you're passionate about our mission, you have a background in managing professional social media accounts, and you can spend ten hours over one to four weeks on this project.
Our mission is to make using the medical system easier for patients in order to improve heath equity. By helping people know we exist through social media, you will be helping patients access better healthcare all over the county! We are an organization that, in part, focuses on storytelling through videos, but we not using YouTube or TikTok. We also could use tips on how to improve the social media we are using (Instagram, FB, and LinkedIn).
To prepare for the project, we will provide you with relevant social media handles of organizations that are pillars in our sector. You'll have access to a file of photos and logos and a list of the hashtags we've been using. We will give you access to videos in order to better use them for marketing.
