Help us create a usable, easily editable operating budget document for 2026. This project will result in a 12-month operating budget document that includes clear budget assumptions, an editable budget template (spreadsheet), and a concise handoff note explaining how to use the template and next steps.

A clear operating budget will help the organization plan and allocate resources to sustain programs that foster meaningful connections through communication. Volunteers will enable better financial clarity so staff can focus on delivering community-facing communications and services.

We will designate a single point of contact to share historical financials and program information, review drafts with the volunteer, and provide timely feedback so the final budget and template can be adopted by our team.
