Work with our nonprofit to develop a succession planning framework and initial action plan. The volunteer will work with staff to define scope, identify critical roles and leadership gaps, and produce a simple transition checklist and timeline.

Strong succession planning strengthens leadership continuity so CMMB and its CHAMPS programs can continue delivering sustainable, quality health solutions to women, children, and communities. Volunteers will help protect program stability and enable uninterrupted local services.

We will provide a primary staff contact, share organizational context and any existing role descriptions, and make leadership available for interviews. Specific preparatory materials and timelines will be agreed with the volunteer to ensure efficient progress.

CMMB has launched our new CHAMPS (Children And Mother Partnerships) initiative to help deliver long-term, sustainable outcomes in global health. CHAMPS programs are anchored at local community health facilities, embedded in existing health systems, and engage key local, national, and international stakeholders to optimize collective efforts to help vulnerable communities become healthier and to live longer and better.
