CRM Optimization: Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud

Our organization is using the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. Help us make the most out of our CRM!

We’re looking for a volunteer help us complete the setup, which is partially done, and to help us identify ways we can use it to meet our needs effectively - including potential integrations with other tools we’re using. Once the volunteer completes the recommended changes, we’d like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines to follow so that we can maintain the CRM going forward.

An ideal volunteer will have in-depth experience with Salesforce, preferably with the Nonprofit Cloud in particular.

As a nonprofit, successfully organizing contact information, donation information, and grant information is essential to our continued operations and growth! Having our organization supported by an optimized CRM will go far toward allowing us to expand our mission, and volunteer assistance is an essential step.

We have already selected a CRM (Salesforce) and are ready to share credentials with a volunteer. We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use.
