We are searching for a volunteer with UX, UI, and/or website design experience to conduct an audit of our current site and provide recommendations for improvements. This project will deliver a clear audit report that assesses the updated website against common industry standards, highlights accessibility, performance, SEO, UX, and analytics gaps, and provides prioritized, actionable recommendations and suggested next steps.

Out of scope activities:
-Website design
-Website development
-Website copywriting
Volunteers will help ensure our site reliably connects families and partners with our education and healthcare programs. A standards-aligned website will improve access to services, strengthen community trust, and support outreach and fundraising to advance our mission.
We will provide the website URL(s), organizational goals, and any available analytics or CMS access; details will be provided during volunteer interviews. We welcome collaborative sessions to clarify priorities so volunteers can deliver a focused, usable audit report.
