Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Nonprofit Setup

We are seeking a volunteer with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly the Nonprofit Accelerator / Fundraising & Engagement modules, to help our organization configure and set up the platform for operational use. This setup will support our donor management, program tracking, and reporting needs.

Volunteer Tasks:

Assist with initial configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Nonprofit
Set up core modules (e.g., Contacts, Donors, Fundraising & Engagement, Case/Program Management, Volunteer Management)
Configure basic workflows, dashboards, and reports
Provide guidance on best practices for nonprofit CRM usage
(Optional) Train staff on how to navigate and use the system

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit or the Nonprofit Accelerator
Understanding of data models, entities, forms, workflows, and integrations
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Nonprofit will directly strengthen our ability to carry out our mission by improving how we manage relationships, track impact, and operate internally. Right now, much of our donor, program, and stakeholder information lives in separate spreadsheets or manual processes. This limits our ability to communicate effectively, engage supporters, and make data‑driven decisions.
