Conduct a focused review of our Google Ads account (campaigns set up in December) to diagnose why there have been no results. Produce an audit report that identifies likely issues and provides prioritized recommendations for targeting, keywords, ad copy, conversion tracking, and budgeting.

Improving our recruitment ads will help attract more volunteers and mentees, increasing our capacity to deliver values-based mentoring rooted in Christian principles. Volunteers helping this project will directly support reaching more underserved youth and strengthening program outcomes in our community.

Access to the Google Ads account and available performance data will be provided and our staff will be available to clarify recruitment goals and timelines. We will be responsive during the engagement and ready to discuss and implement agreed recommendations.
