We are looking for a volunteer who can evaluate CRM options and recommend a suitable platform (HubSpot or similar). Then, this volunteer will design the CRM data model for Contacts, Organizations, Events, and Memberships, configure core properties and naming conventions, clean and deduplicate historical spreadsheets, upload data with correct associations, and produce clear operational documentation. Documentation will be key as our team will need to be able to run with this system moving forward!
Improving our CRM and data practices will strengthen the network’s capacity to support incubators and the entrepreneurs they serve. Better data and workflows will enable more consistent peer learning, capacity building, and inclusive outreach—helping incubators in the Global South deliver stronger support to founders. Volunteers will directly contribute to measurable improvements in how we coordinate and scale impact.
We will collaborate closely with the volunteer to share existing data and context, review feature mappings, and iterate on the data model. The team will participate in regular check-ins to validate configuration and ensure documented processes support a smooth handoff.
