We'd like to connect with a volunteer who can help us reconcile and clean 2024 QuickBooks Online records for Bank of America, Chase cards, and PayPal; support a clean transition from PayPal to Zeffy; design and document a repeatable monthly workflow to import bank/credit card and Zeffy/PayPal deposits into QBO, reconcile accounts, and generate consistent monthly financial reports; prepare 2025 financial statements including a P&L for tax.
Accurate reconciliations and reliable monthly financials ensure donated funds are tracked and used efficiently for DNA testing, kit distribution, research, translation, and reunion services. Clear financials will strengthen donor confidence and compliance, directly supporting the organization's mission to reunite Korean families.
Details will be provided. Our team is ready to collaborate, answer questions, and implement the recommended monthly close procedures. We will engage with volunteers during interviews, share necessary statements and platform details, and commit to using deliverables to maintain ongoing reconciliations and support tax filing.

Organization Mission

Our mission is to reunite Korean families separated by war, adoption, death and tragedy by DNA testing Korean adoptees, armed forces personnel who served in Korea, and anyone of Korean descent to expand the worldwide database. We DNA-test birth-searching families in Korea and collect medical and family history data; distribute DNA kits to Korean adoptees, suspected biological family members, and Korean veterans/families; and provide research, support, translation, and reunion services to help reunite families when possible.
