Lovey's Home Foundation is looking for a skilled volunteer to develop a concise program framework document that organizes our existing plans into a structured program model, defines core services (case management, mentorship, life-skills), maps participant flow from intake to exit, and identifies key participant outcomes. Details can be refined collaboratively with the volunteer.
This framework will help Lovey’s Home Foundation implement trauma-informed housing and supports, clarify outcomes for funders and partners, and accelerate a program that helps young mothers and youth exiting foster care gain stability, life skills, mentorship, and pathways to independent, thriving futures.
The team has a defined mission/vision, research on housing models, early service ideas, and preliminary staffing notes ready to share. We will collaborate closely with the volunteer, provide existing materials and stakeholders for input, and commit to using the framework for grants and partnerships.

Organization Mission

Lovey’s Home Foundation exists to provide safe, nurturing housing and comprehensive support for young mothers and transition-aged youth aging out of foster care. We create stable homes rooted in dignity, opportunity, and community, equipping residents with the tools, resources, and belief they need to build independent, thriving futures. Inspired by the legacy of love and resilience passed down through generations, we are committed to breaking cycles of instability through housing, mentorship, education, and economic empowerment.
