Comprehensive financial strategy and operational framework that strengthens our nonprofit’s budgeting, reporting, and sustainability practices. Specifically, we are seeking guidance from a CFO-level volunteer to help optimize our financial systems, analyze current workflows, and provide actionable recommendations for long-term growth and efficiency.
The volunteer’s expertise will help us operate more efficiently, plan strategically, and sustain growth—all of which translates into more consistent, dignity-centered care for the communities we serve.
My team and I have prepared for this project by:

- Gathering our annual financial statements, in-kind donation reports, program budgets, and operational dashboards for review.

- Ensuring internal buy-in from our leadership team and staff so that recommendations can be implemented directly.

- Mapping key organizational priorities and challenges in financial management, so the volunteer can hit the ground running.

- Reviewing related Taproot Plus projects and internal processes to provide clear context for the volunteer’s work.
