We are seeking a CPA or experienced accountant to prepare and/or review the annual IRS Form 990, review current financial statements and internal controls, and design scalable budget frameworks and financial reporting templates. They will also provide compliance guidance for California and funder requirements.
Strengthening financial controls, ensuring accurate Form 990 filing, and building scalable budgets will help Hubbert Homes remain compliant and fiscally healthy, allowing more funds to support CalAIM-aligned housing and care for people leaving incarceration, hospitals, and treatment so they stay safe, housed, and connected to services.
Organizational leadership is engaged and will provide current financial statements, budget projections, partnership agreements, and program documentation. Leadership will be available for meetings and timely review. Filing details, timelines, and access needs will be provided during volunteer interviews.
