Come work with our team to set up Salesforce for our organization! We'll work together to scope exact tasks, they may include initial configuration, user roles, data import, basic automation, and documentation. This project will also include providing a training to staff members so that we can continue using the system once set up.
A properly configured Salesforce will help the Capital Area Urban League better track members, program participation, and partnerships, improving service delivery and data-driven decisions that support economic self-reliance, parity, and civil rights for underserved residents in the region.
Details will be provided during volunteer interviews. We will collaborate closely with the volunteer to define priorities, provide organizational context, finalize access and timelines, and be responsive throughout the engagement to ensure smooth progress.

Organization Mission

The Capital Area Urban League was established to enable African Americans, and other underserved urban residents of Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Montgomery, and Saratoga Counties to secure economic self-reliance, parity, power and civil rights. We accomplish our mission through the dissemination of information to our membership and our constituencies, and by offering such programs, services, forums, focus groups, meetings, publications, and activities that align with the mission of CAUL and improve quality of life. We work in alliance with our constituencies, members, regional and national organizations, and public and private stakeholders to accomplish our mission.
