Financial Budgeting and Forecasting Tools

We would like to create a structured, sustainable financial management system that strengthens our budgeting, tracking, and reporting processes. Specifically, we aim to develop a clear annual operating budget, a program-level budget framework, and a financial forecasting tool that supports short- and long-term planning.

This project will directly strengthen our mission by building the financial infrastructure necessary for long-term sustainability and growth. Sound accounting systems and strategic budgeting processes ensure that resources are allocated efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with our programmatic priorities.

Improved budgeting and financial forecasting will enable us to:

We will set this project up for success by ensuring strong internal coordination, financial transparency, and leadership engagement throughout the process. A designated project lead will serve as the primary liaison to the volunteer team, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely responses to questions and requests for documentation.

Prior to the start of the engagement, we will compile relevant financial documents, including prior budgets, expense reports, andrevenue records.
