WordPress Website Refresh and Parent Portal Integration for YEA
Our Current Setup:
-Platform is WordPress (Self-hosted)
-Enrollment System is EZChildTrack
The Goal:
We want to move from a basic "brochure" site to a functional hub that is both Parent-Friendly and Donor-Friendly.
Key Deliverables:
Restructure & Refresh: Reorganize the site map to ensure our program offerings (STEAM, tutoring, summer camp) are easy to find. Update existing pages with new text and high-quality images.
EZChildTrack Integration:
-Add a clear "Apply Now" call-to-action that links directly to our EZChildTrack parent portal. We need help ensuring this transition feels seamless for parents.
Inquiry & Lead Capture:
-Build a custom inquiry/contact form for families who aren't ready to apply yet but want more information.
Donor Optimization:
-Create a dedicated "Impact" or "Support Us" section that clearly displays our mission and provides an easy path for donations.
Organization Goals:
-A professional, easy-to-navigate website is critical for our growth. By integrating our EZChildTrack system directly into a polished WordPress site, we will reduce administrative friction for parents and build the credibility needed to secure funding from individual donors and grantmakers.
Volunteer Requirements:
-Proficiency in WordPress (experience with page builders like Elementor or Divi is a plus).
-Experience with UX/UI design focused on conversion (getting parents to apply and donors to give).
-Ability to handle basic third-party integrations (linking/embedding EZChildTrack).
-Strong communication skills to collaborate on site architecture and content placement.
