Help us make the most out of our CRM! We use Neon One. We’re looking for a volunteer to teach how to use NEON to email certain groups and to respond to new members and lapsing members, to send out newsletters and emails from within NEON and to identify ways we can use it to meet our needs more effectively, including potential integrations with other tools we’re using. Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines to follow so that we can maintain the CRM going forward.

We want to better support our members, be more responsive to new members and lapsing members.

We have already selected a CRM and are ready to share credentials with a volunteer. We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use.
