A collaborative UX redesign plan with prioritized recommendations, user flows, and low-fidelity wireframes or a clickable prototype for core site experiences. Exact pages, scope, and deliverables will be defined with volunteers during kickoff and discovery.

A clearer, more accessible website will reduce barriers for NYC residents seeking no-cost learning and career support, making it easier to find and access services when and where they need them. The volunteer will directly improve equitable access to our programs.

Our team will participate in discovery and regular check-ins, share goals and site context during interviews, and commit to implementing the agreed recommendations so the volunteer work is adopted.
