We are looking for a volunteer to deliver a retreat plan and facilitator toolkit that includes an agenda, timed sessions, breakout exercises and prompts, a five-year strategic planning framework focused on sustainability and social enterprises, and a post-retreat implementation roadmap.
This retreat will help the organization diversify revenue through social enterprises and expand reentry services, strengthening family reunification and access to stable housing. Volunteers' guidance will directly support sustainable programs that empower returning citizens to rebuild lives with dignity.
We will provide organizational background, current funding overview, and a list of participating board members; details will be provided during volunteer interviews. Staff and board will collaborate with volunteers, attend sessions, and work to translate retreat outcomes into an actionable five-year plan.
