Review our current DMARC/SPF/DKIM configuration and operationalize the phased enforcement plan from our IT advisor: monitor for 2–3 weeks, move to 50% quarantine for 1–2 weeks, then transition to full reject when safe. Provide implementation steps, timeline, and short documentation. Specifics will be provided during interviews.

Resolving DMARC issues will restore reliable email delivery and prevent domain spoofing, helping Runway Green maintain trust with NYC students, families, partners, and employers. Volunteers’ work will directly support program communications and the organization’s mission to build education and green-economy pathways.

We have completed initial monitoring setup with an IT services partner and can supply existing reports and DNS access. Volunteers will coordinate with our us to run the phased policy changes and provide clear handoff notes. Detailed access and timelines will be shared at kickoff.
