We need a donor-ready profit & loss (P&L) budget in Excel or Google Sheets that summarizes projected income, expenses, and key assumptions. This resource will assist us in transparently sharing our financial situation with potential partners, helping make the case for additional support. The volunteer will deliver a clear template plus one populated example using data provided.

A clear, funder-ready P&L will strengthen JABEL's grant proposals and budgeting, helping secure resources to expand survivor services such as vocational training, survivor scholarships, and personal development programs so survivors can rebuild lives with dignity.

We will work closely with the volunteer to share financial details, clarify funder requirements, and review drafts. Staff will be available for regular check-ins so the final P&L can be implemented for grant applications.
