We are looking for a volunteer to create an annual budget and an accompanying dashboard that visualizes key financial metrics and progress against strategic-plan priorities. You'll provide training to staff members on proper use of the budget and dashboard tools.

This budget and dashboard will help direct resources to programs that support women’s career readiness and leadership, improve monitoring of program investments, and strengthen our ability to make data-informed choices that benefit women, their families, and communities.

Our team will work closely with the volunteer to share existing financial documents and strategic priorities, provide a staff point of contact, and review draft dashboards so outputs can be adopted into our planning process.
