Work with a volunteer to produce a prioritized stakeholder map of 10–15 high‑probability DFW targets, secure 3–5 warm introductions or initial discovery calls with decision-makers, and deliver a concise advisory brief on the messaging and engagement approach for DFW public‑private workforce partners.

Our mission is to transform potential into measurable economic mobility by bridging the 'leaky pipeline' in STEM leadership. We have built the engine—a Google-partnered AI platform with a 98% ATS success rate—but this project provides the 'fuel' by connecting that engine to the DFW economy. By helping us secure warm introductions to workforce boards and municipal leaders, you will directly enable LeadWise to transition our 84% LMI participants from technical training into actual job placements. Your professional network will be the bridge that moves unemployed and underrepresented residents into high-demand tech careers, turning our vision of workforce equity into a reality for North Texas families.

LeadWise Foundation is fully prepared to provide a high-level pro bono partner with everything they need to succeed. We have already secured full internal buy-in from our Board of Directors for this expansion phase. Our 'Project Toolkit' is ready for onboarding, including our verified Social Impact Report proving an 84% LMI reach, our technical partnership documentation with Google, and a preliminary 'Target Hit List' of North Texas workforce agencies and corporate CSR leaders. Our leadership team has blocked off weekly 'Strategy Sprints' to ensure a 24-hour turnaround on any feedback or materials the volunteer requires.
