Google Ads Account Audit and Optimization Support for Education Nonprofit
With a skilled volunteer, we hope to transform our current Google Ad Grant account into a clean, compliant, strategically aligned acquisition engine. Specifically, we want to create:
• A clear campaign structure aligned to our core initiatives (volunteer recruitment, educator engagement, donations, events)
• A targeted keyword strategy that attracts mission-aligned educators and supporters
• Optimized ad copy that reflects our educator-built voice
• Proper conversion tracking so we can measure real impact
• A sustainable framework we can maintain internally after the project ends
Ultimately, we want our Google Ad Grant to function as infrastructure, not guesswork. The goal is to create a system that supports steady growth, increased visibility, and measurable engagement without constant confusion or compliance risk.
Our work depends on reaching educators who are seeking meaningful connection, mentorship, and shared professional development. A well-structured Google Ad Grant account will allow us to increase visibility among mission-aligned educators, expand access to our mentorship programs and collaborative spaces, and grow a sustainable base of supporters.
By improving our digital acquisition strategy, we strengthen our ability to:
• Recruit and onboard volunteer educators
• Increase participation in professional learning opportunities
• Attract supporters and donors who believe in educator-led collaboration
• Build long-term sustainability for our programs
This project is not about advertising for growth alone. It is about building the infrastructure that allows educators to find us, connect with one another, and ultimately improve outcomes for students through stronger professional communities.
First, we will provide full access to our Google Ads account, Google Analytics, website backend, and any relevant documentation so the volunteer has complete visibility into our current setup.
Second, we will define clear goals at the outset. Our priority outcomes include volunteer sign-ups, donations, newsletter opt-ins, and event registrations. We will align on measurable KPIs before restructuring begins.
Third, we will designate one primary point of contact to streamline communication and decision-making. We are committed to timely responses, scheduled check-ins, and implementing recommendations efficiently.
Finally, we are approaching this as a capacity-building opportunity. We are ready to learn, document processes, and maintain improvements after the engagement concludes. We value expertise and will respect the volunteer’s time by coming prepared and executing agreed-upon action steps promptly.
