Help us invest in our people through the development of a staff evaluation and performance review process. Co-create a practical employee performance evaluation system including review templates, rating rubrics, a clear review workflow, manager guidance, and a concise implementation plan. Specifics such as review frequency and criteria will be defined collaboratively during discovery.
A clear evaluation system will help staff develop skills and maintain consistent performance so they can better support refugee, asylee, and asylum-seeking families. Volunteers’ contributions will strengthen program delivery, clarify training needs, and improve the quality of support offered to newcomer families.
We currently have an amazing team of eight who come from five different continents and are passionate about helping refugees thrive. With so much international experience, our staff brings incredible skills while adjusting to the US workplace. We want a system to celebrate what employees are doing well and help create clear guidance for employees to grow. We will designate a staff point of contact, schedule regular check-ins, and share relevant HR context during the project. Volunteers will collaborate with leadership to iterate on drafts and ensure the system is usable for the team.
